Zeta Alpha II was the inhabited second planet in the Zeta Alpha system.

In 2366, the USS Lalo departed this planet at 1900 hours on a freight run. However, the starship was intercepted and destroyed by a Borg cube a short time later. (TNG: "The Best of Both Worlds")
