Zayra Cabot was a member of the Star Trek production staff in the 1990s. Several characters and planets were named after Cabot, including Zayra IV in TNG: "Realm of Fear", Alpha Zayra II in TNG: "Inheritance" and the Bajoran Zayra in DS9: "A Man Alone".
