In 2367, he was present while the Enterprise-D toured Angosia III for potential Federation membership. He later had to ask for assistance from the Enterprise in capturing an escaped prisoner, Roga Danar, from the penal colony on their moon, Lunar V. (TNG: "The Hunted")
