In 2366, he was present while the USS Enterprise-D toured Angosia III for potential Federation membership. He later had to ask for assistance from the Enterprise-D in capturing an escaped prisoner, Roga Danar, from the penal colony on their moon, Lunar V. (TNG: "The Hunted")
