Your Guide To ... Star Trek: Generations was a promotional documentary, released on VHS in the UK shortly before the premiere of Star Trek Generations. The video was purchased via the collection of tokens in The Sun newspaper, and distributed by WHSmith.
The documentary featured interviews with the cast and crew were also included, specifically those creating the various effects utilized by the film, and previewed several sequences from the film clips, as well as illustrating information using clips from several Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes.
The video contained a trailer for CIC Video's Star Trek releases, and the film's theatrical trailer.
