Y-500 class

The Y-500 class freighter was a class of vessel that was used in the 21st century. It was equipped with life pods and was the natural evolution of the Y-100 class ships circa the Eugenics Wars, 1990's (TOS: "Space Seed"). Y-500 class freighters were retired several decades prior to 2151. (ENT: "Strange New World")
