The Xindi-Insectoid scoutship was a type of starship used by the Xindi-Insectoids. The vessel was much smaller than most Xindi ships; it only carried a crew of three. A ship of this type was encountered by the Enterprise during its mission in the Delphic Expanse in early 2154. It proved no match for the NX-class starship and was quickly destroyed. (ENT: "Hatchery")
