Xerius was the Romulan spokesman for the Elysian Council, located at Elysia, during the 2260s.

In the early days of his entrapment within the Delta Triangle, Xerius made many attempts to escape before his ship was finally defeated.

In 2269, he spoke as one of the elders on the council alongside Devna and Magen. (TAS: "The Time Trap")
