The Woden (NCC-325) was an old-style automated Federation Template:ShipType ore freighter that was in service during the latter half of the 23rd century.

While traveling near the Alpha Carinae system, in 2268, the Woden was accidentally destroyed by the USS Enterprise while the ship was under command of the M-5 computer. Fortunately, the freighter carried no crew aboard. (TOS: "The Ultimate Computer")

The original Woden.

Originally, the Woden was a re-use of the Template:ShipClass studio model that first appeared in "Space Seed". In the 2008 remastered version of this episode, the Woden appeared as a modified version of the Antares, which originally appeared in "Charlie X". Its registry, while not visible on screen, was obtained from Michael Okuda.

According to the Star Trek Maps, the SS Woden was a more recent Template:ShipClass vessel, possessing a registry of DY-504.

This vessel was likely named for Woden, an ancient Anglo-Saxon god.
