William Jefferson Clinton was a 20th century Human politician who served as the President of the United States of America. An image of him, with his wife Hillary Rodham Clinton was among several historical images seen by Daniels and Archer in the time stream as the timeline reorganized itself. Best known as Bill Clinton, he served as the 42nd President from 1993 until 2001. In the Star Trek universe, the era of his first term was when the Eugenics Wars were supposed to have occurred and he would have been President at the time of Khan Noonien Singh's downfall.
