The White House was a government building in the city of Washington, DC, in the former nation-state United States of America on Earth. It was the usual home of the American President.
In December 2000, it was announced that the White House and Congress would be working together to seek budget deficit cuts. The announcement was published in newspapers, such as The Morning Observer, in Portage Creek, Indiana. (VOY: "11:59")
In an alternate timeline, the White House was occupied by Germans in 1944 when America was conquered by the Nazi and Na'kuhl alliance. A Jagdtiger stood outside the building. Parts of the building's roof and exterior facade were burned. (ENT: "Storm Front", "Storm Front, Part II")
