Welsh rabbit
Welsh rabbit (or Welsh rarebit) is a food native to the nation-state of Wales on Earth. It is primarily a snack dish made of toasted bread topped with a melted combination of beer or ale and cheese. Kathryn Janeway's grandfather used to make it for her.
