Weldon was an ensign who worked at Starfleet Medical in the 2370s. His supervising officer was Lieutenant Douglas. He was one of the officers who Julian Bashir talked to in 2375 when trying to obtain Odo's Starfleet Medical file. He later put Bashir in contact with Commander Hilliard. (DS9: "When It Rains...")
