Technician Webb
Technician Webb was a radar operator for the US Air Force stationed at the 498th Air Base in 1969. He was the first to discover the USS Enterprise, and when he reported it to his superiors, they ordered Captain John Christopher to intercept. (TOS: "Tomorrow is Yesterday)
