Changes: Warp Technologies Development Group

The Warp Technologies Development Group is a Starfleet branch consisting of engineers who continuously design new technology that allows space travel at faster-than-light speeds and reconfigures existing warp drives to operate in their most efficient manner.

Among others functions, the Warp Technologies Development Group continuously works to optimized the warp field environment and their impact on starship design and increasing in the velocity, measurement via warp factors. (TNG: "Where No One Has Gone Before")
