Wagner Reis is a Brazilian comic book artist born in the early 1970s.

He got his start in North American comics with Project Superpowers from Dynamite Entertainment before being tapped by IDW Publishing to do the artwork for the second "Alien Spotlight: Romulans", written by Ian Edginton and work on their G.I. Joe title.
