The Vulcanis Lunar Colony is a Vulcan settlement.

Tuvok was born on Vulcanis Lunar Colony in 2264. (VOY: "Unimatrix Zero, Part II", "Flashback")

It is not clear where this colony is, since Vulcan has no moon. Given its name, it may be located on Earth's moon, Luna.
