The Vulcan Space Council was an agency of the Vulcan High Command during the 22nd century that was responsible for space related ventures and policies.

The case of the "first" First Contact between Earth and Vulcan that occurred almost a century before official first contact was well documented at the Vulcan Science Directorate and Space Council on Vulcan, but was against common Human knowledge. (ENT: "Carbon Creek")
