Vulcan Compounds or Vulcan Consulates were Vulcan residential and diplomatic facilities on Earth as of the 22nd century.

Commander Trip Tucker lived a few blocks from the Vulcan Compound in Sausalito when he first joined Starfleet in 2139. He once sarcastically remarked that there were "great parties at the Vulcan Compound." While visiting Earth during the mid-22nd century, Doctor Phlox attempted to familiarize himself with many of the planet's religions. While there he was also allowed to observe the Tal-Shanar at the Vulcan Consulate. (ENT: "Broken Bow", "Cold Front")

Being apprenticed to Ambassador Soval, Subcommander T'Pol moved to the Vulcan Compound in Sausalito in 2149. Although Vulcans rarely left the compound as it provided "all recreational needs", T'Pol did so on at least one occassion in 2150 in order to explore the city. (ENT: "Broken Bow", "Fusion")

In 2155, other Earth cities with Vulcan Consulates were Berlin and Canberra. (ENT: "Terra Prime")
