Security officer Vinci faces the mysterious Charlie X.
Vinci was a security officer aboard the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701). Charles Evans used his telekenetic powers to make Vinci's phaser disappear. (TOS: "Charlie X") On stardate 3196 he was part of Lieutenant Commander Giotto's team on Janus VI, hunting for the mother Horta. (TOS: "The Devil in the Dark")
