Victoria Dillard (born 20 September 1969; age 54) was born in New York and made her acting debut on Star Trek in the Next Generation episode "Where No One Has Gone Before" as a ballerina Ensign. She is probably best known for her role as Janelle Cooper on Spin City, on which she worked with Alan Ruck. She was also the long-term girlfriend of actor Laurence Fishburne.
