Veridian V is the fifth of six planets in the Veridian system. The planet has one moon, and is not an M-class planet. The planet has a yellowish hue from space (Star Trek: Generations)
In an alternate timeline in 2371, Dr. Tolian Soran's plan to collapse the Veridian sun succeeded and the entire Veridian system, including Veridian V, was annihilated by the resultant shockwave.
