Veridian II was the second of six planets in the Veridian planetary system. This ringhed planet had two moons. It was not an M-class planet and had a yellowish hue from space.

In an alternate timeline in 2371, Dr. Tolian Soran's plan to collapse the Veridian sun succeeded and the entire Veridian system, including Veridian II, was annihilated by the resultant shock wave. (Star Trek Generations)
