The Vendikar High Council was the governing body of Vendikar and the equivalent of the Eminian High Council.

In 2267, after James T Kirk maneuvered the Eminians onto a course of potential destruction, the Vendikar High Council was contacted in the hope of beginning peace negotiations. (TOS: "A Taste of Armageddon")
