Vagra II is the second planet of the Vagra system, in the Zed Lapis sector. The atmosphere is minimal for human needs, while the surface is barren and nearly devoid of vegetation.
The planet was once inhabited by a "race of titans", who rid themselves of all inner evil and negative thought and left the planet centuries ago as beings "whose beauty dazzles all who see it". The evil that they shed manifested as a malevolent being named Armus, who remained on the planet. The creature threatened the crew of a USS Enterprise-D shuttlecraft that crash-landed on the surface in 2364. It also killed Lieutenant Tasha Yar, who was part of the away team assigned to recover them. (TNG: "Skin of Evil")
