V'Sal, a Bolian male
V'Sal was a male Bolian civilian barber who worked in the barbershop on board the USS Enterprise-D in 2367.
Data encountered V'Sal and Geordi La Forge joking with each other in the barbershop shortly after stardate 44390. V'Sal was noted for telling Geordi: "I'm just a barber, not a miracle worker." (TNG: "Data's Day")
