Since the Wikipedia seems to be having server problems, let me just talk to you here.

First of all, welcome to Memory Alpha! Your comments on Portal talk:Main are certainly valuable to us, and we'll get back to you on those shortly. And by 'we', I mean User:Harry Doddema (that's me) and User:MinutiaeMan. We're the webmasters of this project, after I came up with the idea to start a Trek wiki. We started out with TikiWiki, but that turned out to be too bloated with useless functions, and we ended up using MediaWiki. The start was a bit shaky, but we're now slowly seeing a reliable base of regulars coming up.

And man, I never knew a wiki would be so addicting :D
