Over time, I have become very intrigued by this project, and would like to help out. I enjoy Star Trek with my wife and daughter, but am definitely not a trivia buff. I would like to think my assistance here can be of a more editorial nature.
In my opinion, the best trek episode ever is easily TNG: "The Inner Light". It has a combination that can't be beat: a gripping story, plenty of character development, no technobabble, and a good ending.
I groan whenever I hear a character suggests they need to "invert the phase coils". What the hell does that mean? Meaningless technobabble will get you nowhere. I feel the best trek episodes keep the technobabble to a minimum.
All comments and suggestions are welcome on my talk page.
