I have been a fan of Star Trek for about 4 years. The first episode that I saw was "Duet". I didn't start watching the show regularly until Star Trek's 40th anniversary, when TV Land was showing a marathon of the Original Series. After I watched that, I started watching all 5 Star Trek Series. I also purchased the Animated Series on DVD earlier this year. My favorite series is Deep Space Nine.
