This female command division ensign believed herself to be a ballerina after the Enterprise-D entered a region of space where thoughts become reality. She was dancing in a cargo bay until Captain Jean-Luc Picard addressed her. She later sat on the ground and thought about her dream. (TNG: "Where No One Has Gone Before")

The ballerina was played by Victoria Dillard.
In the episode, according to the subtitles and audio, Picard addresses her with the rank of an ensign although she is not wearing a rank pin.
