Two members of Swarm species
These two members of the Swarm species beamed aboard a shuttle carrying Tom Paris and B'Elanna Torres who were investigating an anomalous sensor reading.
The aliens fired on Paris and Torres, knocking them unconscious using a neuroelectric weapon which caused severe neural trauma. The aliens were territorial and were hostile to anyone who entered their region of space. (VOY: "The Swarm")
One of these two aliens was played by Chuck Borden.
