"Mr. Adventure"
"Mr. Adventure" was a Starfleet lieutenant posted to the transporter room at Old City Station in 2285. He worked the late shift with Commander Uhura and was forced to sit in the closet while she illegally transported Kirk, Sulu and McCoy to the Enterprise. (Star Trek III: The Search for Spock)
- "Mr. Adventure" was played by actor Scott McGinnis.

Starfleet command captain
In 2293, this Starfleet captain attended a Starfleet Command briefing about Praxis. She apparently was familiar with the commander-in-chief, addressing him as Bill. She asked him if they intended to mothball Starfleet. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country)
- This unnamed captain was played by Judy Levitt. Although the C-in-C addressed her as "captain," she wore an admiral insignia. It seems curious that Starfleet would even discuss "mothballing the fleet" simply because of a tentative peace with one aggressive neighbour.

The Bolian Commandant of Starfleet Academy was a Starfleet admiral who collaborated with Admiral Leyton's attempted coup and took part in the cover-up protecting Red Squad. (DS9: "Paradise Lost")

Pathfinder Admiral #1
This human male was one of several admirals (including Admiral Owen Paris) overseeing the Pathfinder Project at Starfleet's Communications Research Center in 2378 when Borg sphere 634 suddenly emerged from a transwarp aperture less than a light-year from Earth. He and the others watched as the sphere was abruptly destroyed by the USS Voyager which had also returned through the aperture. He and the others welcome the Voyager crew home soon after. (VOY: "Endgame")

This human male was a technician who worked at Utopia Planitia in 2363. At the time he began an affair with Marla Finn, who was also involved with Walter Pierce. All three were believed killed in a plasma explosion at Utopia Planitia on stardate 40987.2. It was not discovered until 2370 that Pierce had discovered Finn with her lover, killed them both, then committed suicide by jumping into a plasma stream.

When Admiral Kathryn Janeway visited the first class as a guest speaker, the cadet brought up the subject of the Borg resistance movement known as Unimatrix Zero. Specifically, he asked her to describe the look on the Borg Queen's face when Janeway informed her she would liberate thousands of Borg drones. (VOY: "Endgame")
- The male cadet was played by Grant Garrison.
Human cadet (female)
This female cadet was also a student in Commander Barclay's class on the Borg in 2404. She asked Admiral Janeway about the extent of Seven of Nine's involvement with Unimatrix Zero. Unfortunately Seven's death made it difficult for Janeway to talk about her, even years later, and she declined to answer. (VOY: "Endgame")

Vulcan cadet
A Vulcan cadet was signed up for Commander Reginald Barclay's class on the Borg, with special guest speaker Admiral Kathryn Janeway. However, the admiral had to give up the class after only one visit, on a special mission. (VOY: "Endgame")

A Vulcan Command division officer in the 25th century attended the ten-year anniversary of Voyager's return to the Alpha Quadrant party in Admiral Kathryn Janeway's apartment. He served in Starfleet, and could be seen having drinks around the party. (VOY: "Endgame")
- His identity wasn't revealed, however it's probable he wasn't actually one of the Voyager crew. Possibly a relative, or possibly Voriks future offspring.
Vulcan ensign
This Vulcan Ensign served on the USS Defiant (NX-74205) when the ship attempted unsuccessfully to rescue Captain Benjamin Sisko, who had been out of sync with time for fifty years, when the Bajoran wormhole underwent a subspace inversion in 2422. (DS9: "The Visitor")
