In 2371, at least two unnamed Saber-class starships were being constructed at the Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards in orbit of Mars. (VOY: "Relativity")

Second Fleet

In late 2373, several unnamed Saber-class starships belonged to the Second Fleet.

While the Dominion attacked Deep Space 9, during the second Battle of Deep Space 9, several of these vessels crossed the Cardassian border and destroyed the Dominion shipyards on Torros III. These ships later joined with the USS Defiant and IKS Rotarran, following the evacuation of DS9, for a counterattack against the Dominion forces. (DS9: "Call to Arms")

Operation Return

In mid-2374, this unnamed Saber-class starship participated in Operation Return, and was among the first ships to break through the Dominion lines. (DS9: "Sacrifice of Angels")

First Battle of Chin'toka

In late 2374, two unnamed Saber-class starships participated in the First Battle of Chin'toka. After the power source of the orbital weapon platforms had been destroyed, these ships participated in destroying the now deactivated platforms. (DS9: "Tears of the Prophets")

Battle against the Borg Sphere

A ship of this class was among the starships to intercept the Borg transwarp opening and engage the Borg sphere. After the sphere's destruction by the USS Voyager, this Saber-class ship also formed a part of the convoy that escorted the long lost ship home. (VOY: "Endgame")
