The Nezu ambassador enlisted the aid of Voyager in fending off asteroids that were destroying his homeworld. He was contacted by a Nezu scientist, Dr. Vatm, who informed him that there was a traitor among the Nezu, and that the asteroids were man-made. (VOY: "Rise")
The Nezu Ambassador was played by actor Alan Oppenheimer. Oppenheimer's costume was auctioned off in the It's A Wrap! sale and auction. [1]
