The following is a list of unnamed Markalians.

Ajilon Prime patient[]

Albino's assistant[]

Dock master on Pernaia Prime's moon []

Markalian dockmaster

The dock master on Pernaia Prime's moon

This dock master was in charge of the outpost located on Pernaia Prime moon.

When T'Pol captured Menos, a Vulcan fugitive, she presented the warrant for his arrest to the dock master. He found the warrant in order, but informed T'Pol and Archer that they could not leave for four hours. They were thermalizing the landing deck with xylathoric acid to equalize the temperature. When they asked if he had a place where Menos could be held, he replied that the dock was not a prison. (ENT: "The Seventh")

The dock master was played by actor David Richards.
In the final draft script of "The Seventh", this character was described as "a burly alien."
This alien looked a little more like the DS9 Markalians. His make-up seems to be a mixture of a regular Markalian and of the alien dock master from ENT: "Broken Bow". He possessed mottled skin and a pink depression on the sides of his head. However, he also possessed the scales and thorns of a regular Markalian.

Dominion prisoner[]

Deep Space 9 looter []

Markalian looter

Looter

This looter worked together with Nog in a plot to plunder Deep Space 9's assay office during the damage and chaos of the initial Cardassian withdrawal of 2369. When the two became cornered by Odo, this looter threw his mace-like weapon at Odo, who shifted his Changeling body to allow the weapon to pass through him without harm, before reforming and grabbing the looter as he attempted to run. The entire skirmish was halted when Commander Benjamin Sisko approached the scene and fired a phaser shot above their heads, after which both he and Nog were taken by Odo to the brig. (DS9: "Emissary")

This thief was portrayed by stunt actor Nick Dimitri who received no credit for his performance.
According to the script, he was described as "a huge, hideous looking adult alien," later adding that "the alien's bulk makes him difficult to contain." [1]
In the novelization of Emissary, the character is called Jas-qal (β) and identified as being a B'kaazi (β).

Deep Space 9 visitor []

This male visited Deep Space 9's promenade in 2369 when the imaginations of the residents became reality. He was pushed by Constable Odo when the security chief tried to guide two gunji jackdaws on the promenade. (DS9: "If Wishes Were Horses")

He was present on the promenade when a Bajoran vendor refused to sell a jumja stick to Chief Miles O'Brien and when the school aboard the station was destroyed by a bomb. (DS9: "In the Hands of the Prophets")

In early 2370, he and a member of the tailheads laughed together on the second level of Quark's. Later he visited the gambling tables and played games with Bajorans. (DS9: "The Homecoming")

He passed through the Promenade, near the Infirmary, as Bashir, Dax and O'Brien discussed the special requirements for Ensign Melora Pazlar to function on the station. He was later inspecting some goods at a kiosk near the security office, when he was passed by Fallit Kot, as he left said office. (DS9: "Melora")

He was later on the upper level of the Promenade when Kira Nerys and Zek were discussing matters outside Quark's. He was later near Odo's security office where two small children ran circles around his legs before running past Odo and Rom as they left his office. He was later in Quark's where he shared a hearty laugh with a number of Bajorans. (DS9: "Rules of Acquisition")

He passed by Odo and Kira Nerys on the Promenade as Kira gave an update to Odo on the attack on Quark. (DS9: "Necessary Evil")

He was later on the upper level of the Promenade when the station was visited by the Skrreeans, where he was passed by Jake Sisko and Nog, moments before a group of Skreean boys exacted their revenge on Nog. A short time later, he was on the lower level, following Varani and Kira Nerys before briefly entering and exiting a nearby establishment. (DS9: "Sanctuary")

Markalian ds9 visitor, 2371

A Markalian on the Promenade

Later that year, he visited Club Martus and was greeted by Martus Mazur as Quark approached with Odo, complaining about his new competition. He was later at a shop on the Promenade as Quark complained to Commander Benjamin Sisko about his new competition. (DS9: "Rivals")

He was later yet that year, he was socializing with a Starfleet officer on the Promenade when the two were passed by Benjamin Sisko and Odo. When the station was put on red alert, he and the Antican resident were directed by a Starfleet officer to leave the Promenade. (DS9: "The Alternate")

Later that year, he was socializing in Quark's when Quark learned of the arrival of Natima Lang. (DS9: "Profit and Loss")

Markalian DS9 visitor, 2373

Watching the convoy

In 2371, he stood among those crowded outside of Quark's, following the death of the Klingon bar patron Kozak. Quark took note of the crowd, asking Rom, "[h]ow long has it been since you've seen that many customers waiting to get in here." (DS9: "The House of Quark")

Later that year, he was talking to a Bajoran on the Promenade when Odo and Quark were released from the security office. (DS9: "Civil Defense")

He was among the residents who gathered in front of one of the large windows on the Promenade to watch the fifth Dominion convoy pass the Bajoran wormhole. Later, during the evacuation of all Bajorans and Bajoran Militia personnel, he crossed Elim Garak and Tora Ziyal on the Promenade shortly before Ziyal boarded a transport to Bajor. (DS9: "Call to Arms")

He remained aboard Deep Space 9 during the Dominion occupation in 2374 and visited Quark's where ha played dabo with Cardassian soldiers. Along with a Bajoran civilian he crossed the Promenade and eyed the Jem'Hadar soldier suspiciously. He also had a conversation with a Cardassian in Quark's later. (DS9: "A Time to Stand")

He again visited Quark's and played a dabo game headed by M'Pella while Jake Sisko asked Odo and Kira if he could join their rebellion. (DS9: "Sons and Daughters")

This Markalian was played by different background actors including Tom Burt in the episode "Rivals" and Bill Hagy in the episode "Civil Defense". The character was played by an unknown actor for all other appearances.
