This unnamed Farian woman was hired by Liam Bilby for Miles O'Brien, who had infiltrated the Orion Syndicate, for Starfleet Intelligence. O'Brien, however, was not interested in the woman, stating that he met another woman, who worked at a flower shop, with whom he was involved with, named Kimiko. He paid the woman and had her leave. (DS9: "Honor Among Thieves")
She was uncredited played by extra Delilah Stombs and identified by the name tag of her costume which was auctioned off on It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1] According to the script, she is described as a "striking Farian woman whose provocative dress suggests she might be a pro and the costume description supports this."
