This Bolian aide was a member of the New Essentialists. He helped Pascal Fullerton, Chairman of the New Essentialists Movement, sabotage the weather grid on Risa. The group wished to restore the moral and cultural traditions of the Federation. (DS9: "Let He Who Is Without Sin...")

The Bolian aide was played by actor Frank Kopyc.

A Bolian was participating in the symposium of the Federation Archaeology Council held aboard the USS Enterprise-D in 2367. He witnessed the disappearance of Captain Jean-Luc Picard and his senior staff. (TNG: "Qpid")

This Bolian was played by background actor Buddy Daniels Friedman who received no credit for this part.
Friedman filmed his scenes on 8 February 1991 on Paramount Stage 8 and was listed as "Blue Alien" on the call sheet.

Having hair appears to be rather unique for Bolians, however, this individual appears to be yet another exception. She was the second to appear with hair. She wore one of Anne Jameson's dresses from "Too Short a Season".

A civilian Bolian in San Francisco wearing a pink shirt walked by Harry Kim when he left his apartment in an alternate timeline. (VOY: "Non Sequitur")

Though seen in an alternate timeline, this individual is most likely still alive in the normal timeline. She was played by Mary Meinel-Newport. This may actually be Lysia Arlin.

Both Bolian children were portrayed by unknown performers.
