Banean Doctor
The Banean Doctor was a traitor to his people and framed Paris for the murder of a Banean scientist.
Pais was arrested for the murder of Tolen Ren, but it was the doctor who murdered him. He did this to cover the fact that he transmitted Ren's memory engrams of weapons research to the Numiri. He further changed Ren's engrams to accuse Paris as the person who murdered him. He was exposed by Tuvok who after mind melding with Paris discovered the truth.
