Underground Toys is a British toy manufacturer which was established in 2001 in Chelmsford, Essex with subsidiaries in San Diego, California and Hong Kong. Besides its own original product lines, the company has created a number of licensed toy and entertainment products based on properties such as Family Guy, Star Wars, Doctor Who, and Avatar, among many others.

In November 2012, the company announced plans to release licensed "talking" bottle openers, mugs, tinned mints, clocks, watches, bluetooth headsets, and key rings based on the Star Trek franchise.
