Although he was an augment, he had a genetic abnormality that gave him none of his brothers' or sisters' special abilities, aside from heightened hearing. His biological father was a geophysicist named Miklos Karlovassi. His mother, Irina, was an athlete who won a Silver Medal in the Olympic Decathlon. Udar was killed by Malik. (ENT: Cold Station 12)
