The USS Voyeur was a starship in a version of The Doctor's fictional holonovel Photons Be Free altered by Tom Paris in 2378.

The ship, based on the USS Vortex, the starship from the unaltered story by The Doctor, which in turn was based on USS Voyager, had a sleazy Emergency Medical Hologram who told bad jokes, had a terrible bedside manner, and would drug his patients to fondle them. The Doctor was outraged about this false portrayal of him but finally understood the point Tom was trying to make. He tried to revise the original story before publication, but the publisher Ardon Broht had already distributed the novel. (VOY: "Author, Author")

The MAD Magazine parody of Star Trek: Voyager also featured a ship called USS Voyeur.
