The Victory rendezvoused with the USS Enterprise-D, at spatial coordinates 3629 by 584, in 2365. (TNG: "Elementary, Dear Data")
In early 2367, the Victory conducted a stellar nuclei population survey. (TNG: "Brothers")
The ship remained in service and fought in the Dominion War. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight", "Image in the Sand")

Background
The registry was derived from an okudagram displayed in the observation lounge starting around TNG Season 4. This information appeared on the Starship Mission Status screen. The information also appears at the beginning of Identity Crisis in the sensor log.
The Victory was named for HMS Victory, the flagship of Horatio Nelson at the Battle of Trafalgar and the oldest sailing ship still in commission.
