The USS Umibazu was a Federation starship that was in service with Starfleet in the mid-24th century.
Lieutenant junior grade Walter Pierce served aboard the Umibazu after transferring from the USS Suleiman. He later left the Umibazu to work in Utopia Planitia. (TNG: "Eye of the Beholder")
This ship was seen only briefly on the computer monitor.
