The USS Nautilus (NCC-31910) was a Miranda-class Federation starship in service in the 24th century.
The Nautilus fought in the Dominion War at the first Battle of Chin'toka in late 2374. It was in this battle where it, the USS Hood and the USS Tian An Men assisted the USS Defiant in destroying the moon that supplied power to the orbital weapon platforms protecting Chin'toka. (DS9: "Tears of the Prophets")
- One of the Mirandas that appeared in this sequence quite clearly and incorrectly had the registry of NCC-1864.
- Named for the famous fictional submarine Nautilus from Jules Verne's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, as well as the first practical submarine launched in 1800.
