The starship USS Lollipop, a good ship, was a ruse devised by Commander Riker. In 2364, he was questioned by a holographic duplicate of the captain of the USS Drake about his vessel's armament. Riker responded that his ship was the Lollipop'', with speed and armament of ten, and then six (to confuse the holographic version of Captain Rice). (TNG: "The Arsenal of Freedom").
