According to the script of "Emissary", the USS Gage was a ship present at the Battle of Wolf 359. However, the ship never made it on screen.
In the cut scene, Sisko informed his captain that the USS Gage, USS Kyushu, and USS Melbourne were deployed by admiral Hanson.
