The USS Crockett was a 24th century Federation starship operated by Starfleet.
In 2370, the Crockett transported Admiral Mitsuya to Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Paradise")
The Star Trek Encyclopedia (2nd ed., p. 471) described this vessel as an Excelsior-class starship, with a registry number of NCC-38995. The Encyclopedia (2nd ed., p. 91) further noted that the vessel was named after Davy Crockett.
The Star Fleet Technical Manual by Franz Joseph featured a listing of an earlier starship, the Hermes-class Crockett with the registry NCC-600. The ship was a MK-VII scout authorized for appropriation on stardate 0965.
