The USS Bellerophon (NCC-62048) was a Nebula-class starship that was in service during the latter half of the 24th century.
In 2367, the Bellerophon participated in the battle against the Borg at Wolf 359. It engaged the attacking Borg cube, alongside the starship USS Yamaguchi, at the time the cube had tractored the starship Saratoga. It was ultimately destroyed in the battle along with 38 other starships. (DS9: "Emissary")
- "Bellerophon", not "Bellerephon", is the correct spelling of the ancient Greek hero. The first (Nebula-class) ship may have been falsely labeled.
