The USS Atlantis (NCC-72007/NCC-32710) was a 24th century Federation starship operated by Starfleet.

In 2364, Captain Jana Park was the commanding officer of the Atlantis.

In the "Conspiracy" graphics, the registry was given as NCC-72007 and in "The Measure Of A Man" chart, the registry was given as NCC-32710.

In 2364, on stardate 41603.3, Admiral Gregory Quinn of Starfleet Operational Support Services sent three separate mission orders to the Atlantis, stating that upon its return, that a determination would be made as to whether the transporter system on this ship would be refitted. Later that year, these order were read by Lieutenant Commander Data during an investigation into an alleged conspiracy in the highest levels of Starfleet Command. (TNG: "Conspiracy", okudagram)

In 2365, Dick Brownfield was the commanding officer of the Atlantis. In that year, the ship was assigned a diplomatic mission to Alderaan. The starship was named on a Starship Deploy Status chart that was on display at the courtroom of Starbase 173. (TNG: "The Measure Of A Man", okudagram)
