The order concerned the subspace relay stations along the Rigel/Andor line. Any stations found to be performing below STFL spec 0473/111243 should be taken off-line and repaired in place. Captain Furen was instructed to repeat this procedure on all relays in the line until the system was within 7% of rated performance.
